Return & exchange

1.1 Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective.

to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Securely package the itemS and include the RMA number on the package.
Return the items to the address provided with the RMA number.
1.3 Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

2.1 Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at our Contact Information to arrange an exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us to obtain an RMA number.
Securely package the items and include the RMA number on the package.
Return the items to the address provided with the RMA number.
Once we receive your returned items, we will send you a replacement.
